Special CASL rules for u9/u10
No charging the goalkeeper when the keeper has possession in the form of at least one finger on the ball.
No slide tackling; foul results in indirect kick for the other team.
All free kicks are indirect; free kicks awarded for foul occurring within the penalty area shall be awarded outside the penalty area at the nearest point to where the foul occurred (no penalty kicks).
Multiple throw-in attempts are allowed at the referee’s discretion.
